Access to this site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or change services without notice. We are not responsible if for any reason this website is unavailable at a given time. Occasionally, we may restrict access to some areas of this site.

We have an important responsibility and commitment with regard to the security of our website and data protection of our customers and visitors.

Our privacy policy is presented below. Any changes to this policy will be posted here in this statement.

What information do we collect?

We collect your name, phone number, postal address, e-mail and age for use in marketing campaigns, awards and newsletters. Also, when making a purchase on our website, we also collect information about the delivery address and payment details.

We may also collect other information about your experience on our website contribute to the improvement of our service.

To what effect  is used the data collected?

Your data will enable our employees to process your orders, notify you of important changes to the features of the site, conduct surveys and for statistical purposes.

We may also periodically send you (by email or post) information about products and services, campaigns, promotions and special offers. If you do not wish to be contacted for these purposes, you can cancel in the following ways:

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter in your personal account.
The newsletters you receive in your e-mail has a link to unsubscribe.
The data provided, are protected and will never be available to others.

While attending to your order, it is possible that your data, such as address and zip code are disclosed for the purposes of fraud prevention and detection.

Update your data

If you want to verify the data submitted in TwoBrothers, you can do so by email or through customer service. It will be required proof of identity before we disclose the information. This test may be your email address and password log on our website.

You should keep this information safe as it is your responsibility if any action or request is made through your account.

We recommend that you do not store your password in the browser, since another person with access to your computer, you can see and use your personal information.

Orders with national or international deliveries are shipped by mail.

All orders outside the European Community are subject to customs inspection. This, although unsual, may result in the imposition of a customs fee, payment of which is the customer’s responsibility.

Our shipping costs are fixed.

4.1 Portugal: 2,80€

4.2 European Community: 6,90€ per shipment

4.3 Outside the European Community: 6,90€ per shipment

Free shipping on orders worth more than 20€

If you want to know when your order is sent, consider:

The order of payment must be made prior to shipment.
Payments by credit card or Pay Pal, confirmation is immediate.

In Portugal, in the case of:

Cash payments made up to 7.00 PM, confirmations are registered the next day. After this time, it is registered two days later.

Bank transfer, confirmation is regstered the next day.
Orders are processed on weekdays of the Portuguese national calendar. Orders processed before 12:00 GMT are usually shipped the same day. When processed after this time they are shipped the next weekday.
After the order shipment, usually useful delivery time is:

Portugal: 1 – 3 days
Madeira: 3 – 5 workdays
Azores: 3 – 8 workdays
EC countries: 1 – 3 workdays
Countries outside the European Community: 5 – 10 workdays

Delivery times may be extended for periods of high trade, as in the case of holidays, special Celebrations( e.g. St Valentine’s Day) and Christmas time.
Retention situations of orders at customs for inspection can delay delivery.

When your order is shipped, you will receive the order code in your email so that you can find on the site of Post Office.
If you have trouble locating your order, please contact the team of customer support.
If the carrier can not deliver your order, make an attempt the next day or will contact you to schedule a new delivery.
When an order is returned by the customer’s responsibility and that one wants the return of the same, or a new one, a fee of € 5.00 is necessary for us to process the new order.
This fee must be paid by bank transfer and the proof of payment should be sent to our customer support team or EMAIL along with the returned order number and the name of the first account holder from which the bank transfer was made.

They are only accepted new product returns, complete, without any damage or signs of wear, within 15 days.

We do not accept custom parts returns.

If we receive returns that do not meet the conditions above mentioned, the client will not be entitled to any refund and will be sending you proposed this return with the next order. If you decline and want to recover the article, you need to schedule a collection of articles in our facilities and bear the burden.

To exercise your right to return, please contact our Customer Support with your order number, description or reference of the product you want to return, address and date of collection. This service is available Monday to Friday, from 08h00 to 19h00, and you cannot schedule a specific time, only a date.

Cancellation of orders
You can only cancel an order if it is in pending status, which means it has not been packaged yet and did not come out of our warehouses. Contact line supports the customer to cancel the same.

If you cancel an order paid, the refund will be made within 5 days.

Returns orders / products
The returns service is available Monday to Friday, from 09h00 to 19h00, and you can not schedule a specific time, only a date.
Returns are free if the reason for the return is the responsibility of TwoBrothers. If the reason for return is because you change your mind or made a mistake when ordering, the cost of return will you be deducted from the refund amount.

Product exchanges
We only make changes in the new, complete products without any damage or signs of wear.

To make an exchange, contact customer support with the order number, description or reference of the product you want to change the address and date of collection. The exchange service is available Monday to Friday, from 09h00 to 19h00.
If for some reason you cannot make the replacement of the product, the value of it is you will be refunded.

Methods and repayment terms
The TwoBrothers will endeavor to refund the customer quickly protecting, however, a maximum of 15 days from the date of arrival of the return to our facilities.
In the case of canceled orders (orders paid that were not sent), the maximum period for repayment is 5 days.

The refund will be made as follows:

If you made the payment by credit card, the refund will be credited on the card itself and can be seen in the next statement.
In the case of payment by Paypal, the refund is credited to your PayPal account and will be immediately available.
If you paid your order by payment to the collection, contact the customer support team with the data from your bank account (NIB and SWIFT) and the refund will be transferred to this account.
Return transport costs
Refund orders for transport costs which return is the responsibility of TwoBrothers (eg defective or damaged products). However, we do not refund shipping costs in a multi-product order only one having problems.

When ordering the return is the customer’s responsibility, the shipping and the order return shipping costs will be charged by the customer.

These costs will be deducted from the refund amount if the return order is paid. If not paid, you need to make a transfer of the value of these costs when making a new order.

We take precautions to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products displayed on the site are correct. However, we reserve the right to refuse orders in which the product information was incorrectly published, including prices and promotions.

Refusal of orders can also be due to other reasons such as:

Product out of stock.
Inability to obtain payment authorization.
Fraudulent orders.
If there is any problem with your order, you will be immediately contacted by us.

We do everything as far as possible to keep the data of your order and secure payment. But we cannot be responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party  has an unauthorized access to any data you provide when you’re accessing or ordering on our website.

The TwoBrothers can change prices without notice. All prices include VAT (where applicable) the legal rate.
